Compliance & Complaints

Process for Filing a Complaint

Clients, as well as their visitors, have the right to file a complaint if you believe the Client’s care or treatment is inhumane, dangerous, or illegal. Patient Advocate forms are available on each unit or you can reach the Patient Advocate Hotline at 4129 and you will be contacted the next day. You have the right to file a complaint with The Joint Commission and/or The Department of Human Services if you are not satisfied with the hospital’s response to your complaint.
