Compliance & Complaints

Process for Filing a Complaint

Clients, as well as their visitors, have the right to file a complaint if you believe the Client’s care or treatment is inhumane, dangerous, or illegal. Patient Advocate forms are available on each unit. If you have questions or concerns about activities that may not be consistent with Malvern Health’s Mission, Values, Code of Conduct, or laws and regulations, you are encouraged to report your concerns through the Corporate Compliance Hotline at 866-941-4151. You have the right to file a complaint with The Joint Commission and/or The Department of Human Services if you are not satisfied with the hospital’s response to your complaint.
