Today is Self Injury Awareness Day and the beginni Today is Self Injury Awareness Day and the beginning of Self Harm Awareness Month.

Non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) is defined as any deliberate act of harm to one's body without suicidal intent.

In March, we recognize the importance of bringing awareness to self-harm so that we can work to help those struggling.

Young adults suffering from mental health disorders, like anxiety and depression, often fall into patterns of self-harm.

If you or someone you know is at risk of harming themselves, call us at 610-480-8919, or contact us on our site to see how we can help today.
